Introduction
Our Story
Founded by a former soccer player turned entrepreneur after graduating from Arizona State University, KNOSIS initially began as an incentivized health and wellness platform.
During the 2020 Covid pandemic and as the sports world struggled to get back to their normal attendance, we saw an opportunity to do two things: increase fan engagement by bringing fans closer to their favorite team and stimulating the economy by meeting fans where they spend most of their time.
By studying the success of Pokemon Go! during its heyday, we determined by adding an innovative, customizable, and novel way of engaging fans, we can create our own market; that’s where KNOSIS Engage was born. Taking the concept of a scavenger hunt and adding a brand sponsored reward program attached to it led us to realize we had a winning concept.
As of 2024, our proprietary technology has been used on three continents at conferences, football (soccer) matches, an international basketball tournament, and at an international professional Rugby final.

Statement
We want to bring sports clubs and entertainment venues closer to their fans all the while offering them an opportunity to increase their ad/sponsorship revenue.
We all know physical ad space at a stadium, sports complex, or conference hall is limited by their square footage. Our proprietary platform offers these places and their ownership the ability to create a ‘phygital’ (physical + digital) experience bringing forth a 21st century solution to a 21st century problem: innovating in a stagnating industry.
Brands can now advertise in the digital space using our Augmented Reality (AR) technology where timelines are shorter and deployment quicker allowing for a great Return on Investment (ROI).
This can help businesses promote their products and/or services to their target audience directly on their mobile devices all the while helping mitigate negative fan experiences offering exclusive incentives/prizes through our integrated rewards technology.

Wilman Vergara, MHI
Founder
A native of South Florida, first generation college graduate from Arizona State University, and the son of Colombian immigrants, Wilman has set his sights high with over 20 years of experience in soccer and health technology inspired him to create KNOSIS.
His passions include sports, science, and helping improve health outcomes for underserved communities having studied on three continents including a study abroad experience at the University College London (UCL) and Oxford University as well work the government of the Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
